I have been going to this location for as long as I can remember for special events etc. they have always been so nice and done great work. Despite being super busy all the time they can turn around alterations typically pretty quickly. Today was no exception, I am the maid of honor in a wedding and broke the top of the zipper on my dress the morning of. My husband took it in there and explained the situation and they were able to help us out despite how busy they were, a total lifesaver. I will go here for years and years to come thank you Jackie’s.

Replaced all my buttons on one of my nicest dress shirts with same size & thick ones for only $5! Even took my extra hangers that my dry cleaners couldn't/ wouldn't take so I didn't have to recycle. They get more usage.

Unfortunately after a recent night out, my black blazer suffered a foot long rip right in the side. It felt like the end of the road for the blazer until my dry cleaners recommended this shop to me. I took the blazer to the shop, showed the man at the front desk and expected for him to call it a total loss. All the formals, 1/5th and Cuffs, and other memories I shared with this blazer would soon be wiped. But the man at the desk showed no discontent and said "15$, come back next Wednesday". I was ecstatic to hear this amazing news and felt a higher powers presence in that alterations shop. After a week, I returned and extracted my blazer which was now returned to its former glory. All in all, I cannot recommend this shop enough and hope others can have as pleasant and spiritual of a journey as I once did.
