I brought a very challenging hair problem. I wanted a color correction. The product I had used for years was very difficult to remove. Jonathan worked for 10 hours. My hair has gone from black to its natural color. Without asking anyone's opinion I am getting compliments, they like it and think I look younger with the new look. Thank you Jonathan for not giving up, it was not an easy day.
I had the pleasure of an appointment with Jo for a vivid hair idea, and I think Jo totally nailed it! It’s my first time with a vivid, but I found Jo was super thoughtful with how each step of the process was explained. Before ever coming into the salon, Jo was excited to walk me through a couple different ways of approaching the hair color I wanted, while explaining the different time and cost requirements for each choice. Jo also gave very comprehensive advice on aftercare with washing and going in pools/sun exposure to prolong the style while maintaining my hair health!
