Getting gutters was a new experience for me. Thomas at Mr. Gutter SC was very patience and accessible. Calls were returned and responses through other medias were exceptional. Once a decision was made the gutters were installed right away. The installers did an exceptional job. Great customer services.
If I could give them more stars I would! Talk about amazing service and they get the job done ASAP. I called last Friday and was called back right away. Thomas was on the phone with another customer which is understandable. He still apologized for not picking up right away which wasn't an issue at all but shows just how great their customer service is. He ended up stopping by Saturday to take measurements and had a quote for me in a couple of hours. I approved the quote on Monday and by Wednesday they had the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
I would highly recommend Mr. Gutter. Thomas came out to give us a quote and never tried to pressure us in any way. After he gave us the quote, I called him several times with questions, and he always took the time to answer them.
One of the main reasons I decided to go with Mr. Gutter was that Thomas never spoke negatively about any other gutter company, even after I told him I was getting quotes from several different companies. I appreciated that professionalism.
