As an engineer of 18 years and working with industrial Mechanical Electrical Plans (MEPs), I was absolutely impressed with Greg's hard skills for designing a residential property and creating the associated permit documents. His process begins with high level sketches and throughout his process it becomes more and more codified into formal floor plans and permit documents. He always hit the milestone dates that he provided me which assisted with my scheduling effort with the General Contractor and Interior Designer. I intend to work with Greg on any future design projects that I have in the future.
Possibly nicest way to not get work. Mr. Marcy is very prompt to return a call/email. He shared fair pricing information, and explained for what my project entails and level of detail I already have, that I would be overpaying for his services. He also explained what he does and how a draftsman benefits the building process. Not many people in this world are that honest anymore. I will definitely keep him in mind for future opportunities and I recommend to give Greg a call if you are in need of drafting services.
