Possibly nicest way to not get work. Mr. Marcy is very prompt to return a call/email. He shared fair pricing information, and explained for what my project entails and level of detail I already have, that I would be overpaying for his services. He also explained what he does and how a draftsman benefits the building process. Not many people in this world are that honest anymore. I will definitely keep him in mind for future opportunities and I recommend to give Greg a call if you are in need of drafting services.
