As an engineer of 18 years and working with industrial Mechanical Electrical Plans (MEPs), I was absolutely impressed with Greg's hard skills for designing a residential property and creating the associated permit documents. His process begins with high level sketches and throughout his process it becomes more and more codified into formal floor plans and permit documents.
