Great Clips Columbia offers affordable haircuts for men, women, and kids. The salon provides various hair care services including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. They are open evenings and weekends with no appointment necessary. Customers can walk-in or check-in online to skip the wait. The business aims to provide a great cut every time. Many customers appreciate the friendly staff and excellent service at the Hardscrabble location. The salon is praised for its quick service, with some noting that check-in apps make the process easy and fast. However, some customers mention that the flow can be interrupted when staff need to tend to walk-in clients, which may lead to uneven cuts if the stylist is busy. Overall, the location is known for good service, though there are comments about prices possibly being higher and a desire for more friendly services like free sample bottles of shampoo. Customers feel that the staff, especially the women working there, do a great job, turning haircuts into positive experiences.
