I've been coming to see Emily at Great Clips for 3–4 years now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. She consistently delivers a great haircut, but what keeps me coming back is just as much who she is as a person. She's warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the people in her chair.

I was looking for someone to cut my hair after moving back to Columbia. A friend recommended Emily after I admired her haircut. My friend said Emily had been cutting her hair for years. I went for a cut and the rest, as they say, was history. That was 6 years ago and I follow Emily to whatever Great Clips location she’s working at when I need a cut. I tell everyone who admires my haircut about Emily and her “magic” fingers.

Go for a $20 haircut, get a $20 haircut…
I was taken back quickly and had a wonderful shampoo but my cut was not good. My stylist went crazy with the thinning shears leaving my hair with choppy, uneven layers. When I tried to speak up about it, she just told me it’s what I asked for.

Amended 5/13/26-
After sending pictures with description of what happened to Great Clips customer service, Ashley (the regional manager) reached out to me within a couple days of the incident to rectify my hair.
