This was the best experience I have had at a vision center in many years. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The lady with the long black hair in the front was friendly with a great sense of humor! I will definitely return for my next pair of glasses.

I went to this office on 04/20/2023, I had a wonderful, welcoming experience. It was full of laughs and such a great time meeting Jenny. Jenny was polite and friendly from the start, my eye doctor as well (sorry I forgot her name). 5 stars for this location, and after two hours of leaving Jenny called me and wished me a happy birthday. Love the service and the experience will recommend to my friends and family.

I was treated so professionally at Folline on Broad River Road Columbia, SC. The person that made me realize that Folline really wanted to help me and please me was Nancy. I had lost my glasses and dearly loved my Cartier frames. Although unfortunate, Nancy and I spoke on the phone and she gave me options: I could come in and try on the frames at Folline or contact a professional friend of hers that had the frame. I chose to come into the Folline on Broad River Road. Nancy worked with me as I tried to replicate my lost glasses. We found some Silouettes that I liked, but I was still mourning my Cartiers.
