Five Points Animal Clinic is a compassionate and excellent choice for pet care, with a long history of providing extraordinary service. The staff, including Dr. Olano, Dr. Harbaugh, and current lead Dr. Bierman, are known for their friendly demeanor and prioritization of pets' health. Appointment wait times are reasonable, and they accommodate urgent needs. Notably, they go above and beyond in educating pet owners, as demonstrated in a case where a cat owner was nervously learning to inject insulin. The clinic's care and commitment to animals have earned the trust of many families, including those who have been clients for 30 years. Recent reviews highlight the calm, welcoming atmosphere and caring staff, with many praising Dr. Bierman's thoughtful and gentle approach. The staff are described as caring, thorough, and attentive, making sure pets receive the best care possible and pet owners feel informed and supported. The clinic is also appreciated for its organized appointment system and the loving, kind environment created by the team.
I love that five points animal clinic is independently owned and not owned by a corporation. Dr Bierman is incredibly smart, patient, knowledgeable, thorough and well spoken. Him and the vet tech have great bedside manners and are very good with dogs. The clinic is always clean and welcoming. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating as well. I would highly recommend making five points animal clinic your vet if you live in Columbia.
I started taking my cat Juno here years ago. She had severe health and behavioral problems and Dr. Bierman offered multiple treatments to improve her quality of life (and ours). Their team treated us with incredible grace after her passing. We now bring our cat Chunk to them. She’s much sweeter than Juno and easier to love, but it’s obvious that they treat all animals with care…even the difficult ones. On top of that, it’s easy to get an appointment and their prices are reasonable. They are practical in their recommendations and consider both you and your pet’s well-being when presenting treatment options.
Wondferful compassionate and expert care for my sweet cat... I always know Purrple is in expert hands with Dr. Sean and his staff!! Thank you for the outstanding care, compassion, and professionalism! I would never go anywhere else! Purrple says thank you, too!
