Arlene is like a fairy godmother! I called to see if she had time to *squeeze* me in between appointments. She not only has time to do a mani/pedi, she told me to get ready for an event in her upstairs loft. Glass of wine included!!! I can't thank her enough for giving me a safe space to have self-care. I will definitely be back!!! Thank you Arlene!

Came to Columbia for a quick visit. Was in a rush, when I got to Columbia I needed a Pedicure at 5:30 on a Friday - I knew it was a long shot. Saw Essentials reviews, called and the owner said that she could get me in. Small quaint salon with BIG personality! The owner is incredibly nice and the Pedicure was EXCELLENT! Would definitely return if I am back in Columbia anytime! Such a nice experience and the owner makes you feel so welcoming! Highly recommend!Service: Pedicure
