I don't see any bugs but their scheduling needs work. They never called to schedule an appointment and when they come to do service it's sometimes when I'm teaching at home I can't come to the door they ring the doorbell multiple times and then just do the service outside and don't come inside my house so that's aggravating. I've told them about it several times so I'm not sure why they don't make appointments with me. Having said all that I don't have any bugsServices: General pest inspection
The service is good. Get appointment scheduled is a pain. 1st appt was 12-7 am, when I called I was told it's 12-9 am. I received an auto phone call confirming the 12-9appt. Then I called when no one showed, i was told the appt. was again changed, but no one called. I have never rescheduled. Your scheduling dept. should not be re-scheduling on the fly. Finally, a tech came today. Hopefully, you get this under control. Very annoying.Service: Termite inspection
From the initial call to schedule the appointment to the call after the service to make sure that my invoice was correct, I have been nothing but incredibly satisfied. The initial call to schedule the service was very professional, she related and empathized with me on a human level, and she treated me like a person and not like just another customer. At the end of the call I almost felt like I had gained a friend. And the same goes with the tech who came out to service the property... when the service tech came out, Gerald, he was incredibly professional and very very thorough.
