We had an unexpected house fire and were told right away we were going to lose everything. This company, Gray in particular showed up right away and were so helpful. We were a million questions at once and they were beyond patient and understanding with us. There were a few things we just couldn't handle losing and they did everything they could to get those things salvaged and it means more than we can ever have words for. Thank you guys for getting us through something we could have NEVER planned for.

Patient and kind! My family and myself went through a house fire and had no clue what to do as we never expected this to happen. Gray from CRDN was at our house the morning after and ready to work! CRDN was very patient in answering any questions we may have had and they worked with us every step of the way. The material items that were salvageable were very clean when we received them and packaged professionally which showed they care! When you leave a house fire with nothing and expect nothing to be salvaged it is heartbreaking but CRDN showed up and did what they could! After my home caught on fire, I didn't know how life would be normal again. They did a marvelous job taking care of my clothing, especially my favorite old sweater that I've had for years. The technician was very professional and helpful.
