CertaPro is a rare find these days. My initial phone call set off immediate action. Mr. Reed phoned within a day or two to schedule a visit for an estimate and he was there a day later. I could have scheduled the work for the following week but because of a scheduling conflict on my end, I arranged for work to begin a little later. The day work began, Eli and Antonia were there when I was told they would be and they did an absolutely amazing job. When I hire someone for any service, 9 times out of 10, I’m disappointed. NOT SO WITH CERTAPRO! They did quality work that exceeded even what I would have done myself — and I’m a perfectionist. Highly recommended.
