If I could give negative stars, I would. My appointment was at 11:15 am. Every text message I received, which were numerous, said 11:15 am. They refused to see me, with one person sitting in the waiting room. You guys must be slammed because I won’t be coming back. Avoid this practice.

Haven’t even seen them yet. Took my study in January and they didn’t call me till February. No availability to see me till May so I said I would wait. Calls me and cancels and then cancels now can’t see me till July. So I’m canceling all work with them. Sorry but I’ve been waiting 3 months for a machine and monitoring and now have to way another 4 months. Not doing it.

I was trying to take the reviews with a grain of salt but I can confirm it may be worth finding another office in the area. Front desk staff was nice enough for me. However I was told to get there at 7:30am for an 8am apt. When I got there the doors were locked and I waited outside for 15 min. I saw Dr.Ghent who also on his own doesn't have the best reviews. He spent maybe two minutes or less with me. Hardly addressed the medical history I filled out ahead of time nor what I shared in the office. While he wasn't blatantly rude, he was short and impersonal. I always expect doctors visits to be shorter but never this short. You can tell he is just there to collect a check...read full review
