Burgin Roofing has inspected my roof 3 times over the last 6-7 years. Twice there was never a charge, even when there was a minor problem that was easily repaired. One of the 3 times there was a reasonable charge because roofers were needed to fix the problem. When I decided to purchase a new roof before I had any major damage, I felt confident they would do a good job and were honest. They even credited half of the repair charge that had been done 2 years prior. The roofers did an excellent job of protecting the property and cleaning up. With a 50 year warranty, I won’t need to worry about replacing it again.
