I had the luxury of ALMOST parking here to be chewed out by the overpaid parking lot attendant I haven’t done business with them but I definitely NEVER will now. how you handle people means a lot. I hope you guys get enough business and get some great things going on in your life so that you don’t have to speak to your potential customers in such a manner ?. HAVE A GOOD DAY ?

Friendly and seem easy to deal with. End of the day the product was crap, just crap. They sent someone out to assist. Appreciated that. They then sent a Manufacturer's rep out who of course would find no issue. The installer told us it was defective. Basically a bunch of finger pointing. Bought tons of flooring before from other places, but first and last time here.
