I want to leave a review for Drew Jordan and the Best Choice Roofing crew. I had completed the form to get a free consultation, and Drew called me back and a time was set when he would come out. He showed up and went right to work inspecting my roof and taking pictures. I had the best stress-free experience. Drew was very professional and explained the whole process and answered any questions that I had. Drew then called my bank to submit the claim and was there with me when the adjuster came to inspect the roof. Best Choice Roofing called to let me know when my materials would be delivered and the date the crew would be there to install my new roof. The installment date was push back a couple of days due to rain that week. I also had a visit from another Best Choice representative name Chris who came to inspect the materials that was delivered before installation. The day of installation the crew came at 0730 and did their thing and cleaned up after. If I had another roof, I would definitely choose Drew Jordan with Best Choice Roofing again. Also Thanking everyone that I had contact with at Best Choice Roofing for their courteous service.

100% honesty upfront Abby was so knowledgeable. She let me know what was going on every step of the way I would highly recommend using this Choice roofing and asking for abby. She deserves five stars if I could give her 10, I would.

I’m so happy we went with Best Choice Roofing out of Columbia. Everyone I meet was so respectful, funny and professional!! They did an amazing job on my roof, I’m so pleased with the finished product. I spoke with them on a Friday and by Tuesday I had a new roof on my home. They worked extremely fast to get your roofing needs done. I love how they went through every detail with me and answered all my questions with a smile and such an exciting manner. You can tell they really enjoy their line of work. I lived all the options I had when it came to color and how they were able to show me through their digital design how each one would look on my home before choosing!!...read full review
