My wife and I have given Dianne 5 stars but she really deserves 10 stars. She went above and beyond as she drove 60 miles one way at 6 pm to present Bath Fitters products and then back 60 miles home. She was not in a hurry, is an expert in her products, answered all of our questions and has an unbelievable personality. She did not pressure us to make a decision right away but the product and life time warranty are the best in the business. We had another company coming out to give estimate but canceled them. Then sent us a copy of our contract for our records via email.
We finally decided to convert our whirlpool bathtub into a walk-in shower and we're very glad we chose Bathfitter to do the work. We also were very lucky to have Bathfitter's Diane Evans to guide us through the process. She came to our house with a variety of shower-wall samples so we could really see the difference in colors, patterns and textures which made a huge difference. She also explained in detail everything involved in converting a tub to a shower, from what to expect during the installation to what cleaners to use to keep the shower looking new. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to make this change.
Bath Fitter really stands by its lifetime warranty. We've had our unit for five years. I called them out to service what I considered to be a minor issue and they insisted on a complete replacement. Bath Fitter removed the existing unit and replaced it in a single day. We're so pleased with this bathroom that I've scheduled them to return to install a zero entry shower for my elderly father.
