This was my first time at Austral but definitely not my last.
A friend recommended Kylee and she was absolutely amazing- she is a superhero by the way she saved my hair. Leaving the salon I’ve never felt more BEAUTIFUL! My hair has truly never felt or looked better. She puts her best foot forward and then some more for her clients, I was initially nervous because of my thick, curly hair but I was in such good hands.

The salon staff were very amenable in assisting me to find the salon. My first visit there was a pleasant experience. My stylist and her colleagues all vary in experience and training. All specializing in a particular area.
Hair type: I came to have a layered bob cut and highlights. My hair tends to be fine and incapable of volume.
Stylist: My stylist is a young woman who had not worked in my hair prior and wasn’t able to introduce the layers on top to help with volume. In retrospect the highlights were a bit heavy. She is a lovely person and I know that in time she will get more training to add to her skills.
Super friendly staff with EXCELLENT skills! The front desk girls are super friendly, and Courtney does an amazing job with my cut and color...PLUS she gets me in and out super fast.
