Dr. Houck and his staff were wonderful. They are very attentive from start to finish. You walk in the door and you are greeted by name. The techs and hygienist make sure you are comfortable and are informed of what your procedure will entail. Dr. Houck, my goodness, he is very professional, kind, and most if all understanding of your personal worries. And don't think you are forgotten when you walk out the door either. They are going to contact you to make sure you are doing well.

I was referred by the VA to Dr. Reed Houck’s office after a filling came out of my tooth, leaving a large crater-like hole that was extremely sensitive to cold drinks and constantly trapped food. The VA classified it Outstanding Dental Care & Customer Service!. The office was clean, welcoming, and professional. The staff greeted me with kindness and respect, making me feel comfortable right away. Even more impressive, my appointment started exactly on time. In today’s world, it’s common to wait 15–30 minutes past your scheduled appointment, but not here. Their punctuality and organization were refreshing.

Dr. Houck is an excellent dentist and I cannot say enough great things about him and his team. From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, professional, and kind. Dr. Houck does an amazing job and truly cares about his patients’ comfort and experience. He takes the time to explain everything and always makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Houck to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.
