After being out of power for five days during our storm Helene in September, 2024 I decided to have a Generac Whole Home Generator installed. After getting bids from three companies, I went with Carolina Conditions. They were the lowest cost ($4,500 under my highest bid) and could do it in the most timely manner. Mr. Loc did a wonderful job. He was very compassionate towards my situation with the air. The first time he came out he went above and beyond to get my air fix. It was 88 degrees in my house. The second time he did the same thing. My family and I appreciate his services. This company is a great company. I will refer to anyone.
