Called Chris on a Friday night after my son damaged his iPhone, explained what had happened and what was going on with the phone and Chris knew right away what needed to be done to fix it. We went to see him shortly after the phone call, he fixed the problem and we were on our way! No appointment needed, and he was less than 10 minutes away, SO CONVENIENT. Stumbled upon Chris when searching for a local place to fix a broken screen. I called him and he immediately confirmed he had the product he needed to replace the screen. Fixed in 15 min! Easiest and most convenient cell phone repair experience ever!
