Stretch Zone

I’m here to tell anyone that is having trouble getting up out a chair or bed the best thing is to be stretched! What I mean being stretch is by a professional like Stephenie Guthke. She has worked miracles for me. I have had to stop for a month due to family sickness and etc. I’m back today because my body is telling me it needed to be stretched. Can’t wait until tomorrow that will can hop out of bed! I feel so much better today after being stretched for thirty minutes .

This place is amazing!!!!I started with SZ because I have Spondylolisthesis, and it would cause so much pain in my right hamstring that I was limping when I walked. I was seeing chiropractors, and they told me that Spondylolisthesis can not be correct with adjustments, but adjustments can help it from getting worse.A neighbor told me about the amazing results she was getting for her shoulders from SZ.So I took her advice (and you should take mine) and when to SZ.I can WALK again!!! Great place for a deep stretch!! I have had a stretch from every team member who works here at least once and I would recommend them all for a professional, relaxing stretching experience. I have been dealing with lower back issues and sciatica pain and adding in the Clemson Stretch zone to my routine has been a wonderful and even more positive game changer than I could have ever imagined. ?
