Nildan is so kind and positive. Even when our 1yr pup, Damon, wanted to bark all through class. She took the time to help us explain possible reasons why. Her classes are very straight forward, even if my ADHD kicked in and I didn’t understand, she explained each step with kindness vs frustration. The main reason we’ve taken 2 classes and now signing up for a 3rd. Not just because Damon and we as owners may need the maintenance, but because we feel comfortable with Nildan. Then, coincidentally, where Damon goes to daycare, Nildan’s apprentice, Griffin, was helping with training there. I reached to get help with Damon during daycare. He’s very playful and sometimes needs extra help calming down. Griffin has been great helping him and the staff at daycare make Damon’s playtime more enjoyable for everyone. I would highly recommend Z and E training in whatever stage of life your pup is in.
Nildan is so knowledgeable, informative and patient in class. It is clear that she and every staff member love dogs. Z & E has been so helpful with my Bella as well as other canine family issues. As soon as a space opens, I am signing up again!
