Not sure that this is a monitored mailbox but want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service and experience that Jenny and Alexia always provide for me when I am in Charleston. They are knowledgeable and professional and always go the extra mile. Like many people, I started ordering my glasses from Warby Parker during the pandemic. I lived in south Florida at the time and I don’t even think there were any actual stores at that time anywhere close to me. Charleston is approximately a 3 hour drive for me but Alexia and Jenny always make it a worthwhile trip and I look forward to seeing them again next month1 😁😎
