I have always had wonderful experiences at the Sam Rittenberg Ulta but today I felt I had to finally write a review!

Liz, Marcella, and Laura were exceptional. They were warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to help, even though I was in a rush. Liz and Marcella offered thoughtful recommendations and introduced me to products I ended up loving, while Laura made sure I left with the Clinique gift set. Each of them made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

I don’t know if Sylvia that helped me with the Ilia products works for Ulta or is an Ilia rep (they were having a promotion that day), but she gave me the absolute best shopping experience of my life. I was in a hurry and looking for one thing while my husband was getting his haircut down the street. I wasted 10 of those minutes in that god awful parking lot in a Saturday, so then I was really pressed for time. Came in looking like a hobo after a rough week and she matched my rushed energy. I had such a great experience at Ulta, especially because of Marcella! I came in knowing absolutely nothing about skincare and honestly had no idea where to even start. Marcella was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain which brands and products were actually good for my skin and helped me pick out everything I needed without making me feel overwhelmed or pressured to buy anything. I left feeling so much more confident about my skincare routine. She truly went above and beyond, and Ulta is lucky to have an employee like her! I would definitely recommend asking for Marcella if you need help with skincare! 💕
