The glass guru has been underrated. They are definitely a five star business. Our windows arrived in days of the date they were expected. The Technicians that put them in were very friendly and professional. One of the windows did crack when they put it in, (accidents happen ) but they ordered a new one and it was here within a week. I highly recommend the glass guru to anybody looking for window replacements or glass replacements! 100%
The gentlemen that came to install the window arrived on time, did a fantastic job and were in and out in no time. I was truly surprised at how quickly the job got done. Scheduling staff were super friendly and helpful. Best part of my experience is this company was willing to work with me regarding payment as the work done was on my mom's house and her estate was unable to pay right away due to lack of funds. I was so appreciative of their patience while awaiting funds to be available in my mom's estate account to pay them what they were owed. I will definitely be using the Glass Guru for my own personal window needs and also will be recommending them to anyone who needs...read full review
