Brad & Harry sowed up on time to take measurements and provide a quote. They actually called and were able to show up earlier. They did their thing expeditiously and were extremely nice during the process. I have used Glass Guru a few times and I have always been pleased with their customer service.

Brad was awesome when he came to give me an estimate. Friendly, courteous, great communication, explained the process and the estimate thoroughly. This is to replace glass on a second story window. Highly recommend getting a quote from them.
