1st time getting my eyes checked as an adult. And I wanna say the staff here is absolutely amazing. Although I think it's actually 4 runway models in disguise as Target Optical employees. Harrison did a great job checking me in and running a few tests on my eyes. Doctor Kinby did the exam and explained everything in such great way for me to understand. Jen helped me pick out glasses. Didn't try to get me to purchase anything over my budget. But did help me realize I needed one of the upgrades on the lenses for my stigmatism. My 12 year old son needed contact lenses because he’s playing sports. The gentleman who did the initial screening was so kind as he walked my son through all of the exams. The doctor put the contacts in initially and was thorough in explaining the responsibilities of contacts with my son. Before we left, the initial gentleman was so patient as my son learned how to take out and put in his new contacts. He walked him through the process and showed him exactly what to do. We also needed a new pair of glasses, and the young lady was helpful in picking out glasses making sure he had room to grow and what my insurance would cover. Overall, it was a great experience! Spoke with a guy, he seemed pretty cool. Um... customer service – very friendly! Couldn't see the hype on their bokchoy. So I told them, "you think I'm sitting here eating stir fried bok choy, cause I want to? I came here to get my goddumn contacts, and now I'm here eating stir fried bok choy."
Only paid for my contacts and left. 5/5
