    Megan from Sweet Peach Planning. We began planning our wedding in early 2019, we were naïve about what it would take to put on an event that we had dreamt up over the past 10 years together. We knew Megan and had seen her product on our Instagram feeds, so when we decided to look for a wedding planner we didn’t go too far. From the very first consultation meeting we found out that Megan was trustworthy and not just a “Yes” person. She let us know right away about the gaps about our event by asking the simplest of questions that we did not even think about. Her vendor management would put the biggest of wedding planners to shame, she has some, if not THE BEST VENDORS AROUND! (Check out EveRox Photography or Lover Her Madly Flowers reviews you’ll see). After that meeting we decided that she had to be the one to do our full service wedding planning. When I say full service, I mean she made the effort to reach out to us at least once a month leading into it, if not bi-weekly. During the height of the pandemic while she was running around saving the day for all of her clients, she never let us feel any of the pressure and stress. We do not know how we would have made it through initial planning, cancelling with all the vendors, rescheduling with all the vendors, planning an elopement while maintaining our rescheduled ceremony date, restarting the wedding process and executing it all in 8 months’ time. Megan and her team are the most professional team we have ever seen at a wedding. In near triple digit heat, Megan and her assistants made sure that we drank enough water, ate sat down and relaxed but most importantly, they took away the anxiety of having to coordinate everything while enjoying the party. We just wanted to leave you with this little tip we learned along the way. If you want to have a wedding where people will continue talking about it almost 3 weeks AFTER the event took place, talk to Megan and her team. People still come up to us and ask us about the venue, the vendors and where we found them, all we say is “Talk to Megan”.
