Stella Nova Downtown is very much an upscale salon located at the Cigar Factory. They have a great selection of products as well as a wonderful atmosphere, which I was very impressed with, and the staff is very friendly. I was offered a glass of wine or a bottled water (served in a glass, which was a nice touch). Kyle, my hair designer, really listened to everything I said and knew exactly what I wanted. He went over everything that he was going to do before starting (which I very much appreciated) and the end result was an amazing haircut which I absolutely love! He gave me tips on styling my hair and recommended products that would be perfect for it.

Had my first facial with Deb last week and it greatly exceeded my expectations! My skin has never looked or felt healthier. Deb is immensely knowledgeable and creates a comfortable, relaxing environment. The experience was blissful from start to finish. World class service at very reasonable prices. Hospitable staff all around. I will be back!

Debbie is the aesthetician at Stella Nova Downtown Charleston. Do you want to feel like you are her only client? That’s how Debbie makes me feel. She is so detailed with the consultation and what will work best for me. The passion Debbie has for this work is above and beyond anything in which I could ask. I leave feeling and looking beautiful! It is so relaxing to sit in her chair and let Debbie provide me with total care. I would not go to anyone else for my skin care!!!
