Sales and installation I would rate a 4 or 5, but service is a zero at this point. I've contacted them multiple times and get an answering machine. On the occasion I did get someone, buy requesting "sales" instead of service, I was put through to the same voicemail I had already left messages, Scott. I have a few panels not producing, one especially low for about 2 weeks. This is not a shade issue. Now the panel seems to have improved, but why? It would be nice if I could get a callback! Update - August 21, 2020Scott followed up and all is well with our system. We now have the ability to watch in real time our system producing electricity - looks great.Install went great.We are producing power and our bill is almost $0.But!I can’t get anyone to call me back - there are supposed to be 2 monitoring apps - have asked, asked, asked for the second one so I can monitor both.Not happyLes Barsony - PresidentWesco Trailers

We are very pleased with the professional installation performed by your team this week! CJ, Ryan, Cole and Demetrius arrived on Monday morning after a long trip from Charleston, ready to go to work… and go to work they did! By Monday afternoon, all the roof supports and most of the rails were installed… a super human job if you ask me… it was 96 degrees in the shade and there was no shade!
