Sales and installation I would rate a 4 or 5, but service is a zero at this point. I've contacted them multiple times and get an answering machine. On the occasion I did get someone, buy requesting "sales" instead of service, I was put through to the same voicemail I had already left messages, Scott. I have a few panels not producing, one especially low for about 2 weeks. This is not a shade issue. Now the panel seems to have improved, but why? It would be nice if I could get a callback! I hate that what should be a 5* is currently a 1*.Update... finally received call back... supposed to follow up next week......Update...Scott did get back with me and apologized for delay....read full review

Update - August 21, 2020Scott followed up and all is well with our system. We now have the ability to watch in real time our system producing electricity - looks great.Install went great.We are producing power and our bill is almost $0.But!I can’t get anyone to call me back - there are supposed to be 2 monitoring apps - have asked, asked, asked for the second one so I can monitor both.Not happyLes Barsony - PresidentWesco Trailers

We are very pleased with the professional installation performed by your team this week!
CJ, Ryan, Cole and Demetrius arrived on Monday morning after a long trip from Charleston, ready to go to work… and go to work they did! By Monday afternoon, all the roof supports and most of the rails were installed… a super human job if you ask me… it was 96 degrees in the shade and there was no shade!

Everyone was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about their job, answering any questions that we had.
