If you need help with your computer I highly recommend Software Solutions! Encountered a problem with my PC, called Software Solutions and they attempted to troubleshoot over the phone. I ended up having to take my computer to their store and was already prepared to have to leave it over the holidays. However, when I arrived, one of their wonderful technicians, Nicholas, was able to look at my PC and within a short time, fixed it while I waited. I've used Software Solutions on numerous occasions and have found them excellent in every way. They are knowledgeable and proficient, very kind and so easy to work with. Asked them to essentially build a new computer only using a very dirty case and dust cakes fans. They cleaned every inch of my computer, installed everything and troubleshooted many issues that came up during the process but in the end got everything working exactly as intended. My situation was a little more expensive due to the amount of work that had to be done but overall I think their pricing is very fair. Definitely my go to from now on for any computer issues or requests.

I have an old MacBook that was giving me trouble. I need it to last one more school year. Nick was polite and professional. He tapped for about 20 minutes and had my Mac working again. The charge was reasonable and I was thrilled and relieved. I would definitely come back with any computer issues.
