Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! I had to schedule a last minute appointment due to some crazy unexpected back pain and my session was so informative and thorough. She got me in the same day and my appointment was late in the evening, but she didn't rush me or do any shortcuts. She went above and beyond. I never had acupuncture before and was a little concerned about how it would feel. She took her time to go over my entire medical history, my concerns, pain areas and allowed me to ask the necessary questions needed, etc. NOT ONE of my needles hurt or were uncomfortable. She did a good amount due to the issues that I was dealing with and I also had a few sore spots on my back that I didn't want anyone to touch, but even in the tender spots, there was no pain. I felt very relaxed comfortable and the pain and muscle spasms started to melt away. She went above and beyond with some other techniques that really helped me with the long drive that I had coming up. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Brittany Epps. I don't know what acupuncture feels anywhere else and I don't need to find out. I am totally satisfied with the service I had here and will be returning for other services. Do NOT hesitate to try out Serenity Wellness and Dr. Brittany Epps.
Dr. Brittany Epps was amazing. She is a caring doctor who knows her work. This was my first acupuncture session and she made me feel comfortable and informed of the process.
