My house was in need of a paint makeover which required much prep work in the way of pressure washing and scraping every eave, shutter and door frame. In addition some rotten wood needed replacing. This entire experience- from our first phone call with Jon to working with his exceptional crew- has been nothing short of amazing! In my opinion, customer service and honest work are lacking in many industries these days so I was more than pleasantly surprised to find that Palmetto Ceramic Coating and Rhinoshield exceeded my expectations in every way. They were very upright about cost, time it takes and what is/is not included. There were no surprises along the way! I felt that they were excellent at keeping my husband and I informed as well as the project unfolded. Jon's carpentry and painting crew were experts in their fields. The crew that came to our home each day were kind, clean and professional. Our home was built in the 80s and has cedar siding. There was a lot of hidden rot that was removed, replaced then primed and painted. I love the way the ceramic coating looks on our home. It gave it more than a facelift. It adds considerable value to our home due to the transferrable 25 year warranty as well. Money well spent! Highly recommend working with this company and product!
