This technician was much better at explaining each step of the process for flea and mite treatment than a previous service I had, so I actually knew what was going on in my home. The attention to detail made a big impact in addressing the issue fully.
I got a comparable price for the termite inspection and the 2nd opinion gave me a more detailed explanation on the issue areas. In comparing both experiences various discrepancies in their advised preventive measures were noted.
I called them about a bug issue and they were genuinely nice and friendly. They sent someone to come to our house pretty quick and he showed up on time and was also really friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely planning on using them for regular pest control service!
