My experience today at Moonies has been one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The staff today went above and beyond what I have ever seen in other establishments. While I was getting my hair cut, there was a customer (older gentleman )who was having a very difficult time trying to stand up to get to the barber chair. Chris a staff member and another customer ( I believe) helped the customer because he was about to fall over . They stabilized him and the gentleman was able to walk over with the side of his walker. Chris stepped away and the gentleman got to his chair, but soon found he couldn't get into it without assistance. He was very shaky and wobbly. My Barber Lady, Marie, noticed he was having a hard time and took a moment and stepped away from me to help him(I certainly did not mind, rather impressed) He was seriously twice if not more than her size. The customer got into the chair with the assistance and all ended well. The reason I tell this story, is because this small shop has a big heart, and it is shown through their caring and dedicated staff who make this place a family atmosphere. You don't see that in many places anymore. They truly care how you are, they truly care about what you want and how you look. I am so glad I found a "Barber friendly family" Home.
