I needed my jeans hemmed. I looked around for the best prices and reviews cause I really like these jeans. Idk what happened with the lady that left a one but I think they were extremely nice on the phone. She too my measurements in less than 3 minutes and she gave me options on if I just wanted them hemmed or the original hem. I told her yes I wanted the original so she charged me 5$ more which is fine. The family is Ukrainian and I love slavic personalities. They are honest and hardworking. Thx, Maria
Always great experience here. I have had a few suits and uniforms tailored here, they are always accommodating to my needs and friendly. It’s a small shop, so don’t expect a polished, corporate experience, but I think that’s what makes them unique.
Customer service leaves a lot do be desired—terse and bossy. Charged me $70 in cash up front to hem two shirts and then told me it would take more than two weeks to have them ready. When I showed up with ticket to pick them up, the shirts weren’t ready. I was then told they’d have them for me on Monday. The price was crazy expensive. I will not use them again.
