Always a good experience at James Island Dental. Dr. Thomas is a great dentist and always takes great care of me. He is thorough, experienced and his engaging demeanor always puts me at ease.
When I retired and moved to Seabrook Island a few years ago, I was looking for a good dentist and my Seabrook Island close friends recommended James Island Dental. At my age, my teeth and gums were starting to break down so I did a background check and selected Dr. Wier. He has been my primary dentist for several years and has done extensive work in my mouth.
He is the BEST for the following reasons:
1.) Painless - shots, stiches/gum surgery, extractions, implants, fillings, caps

I have always received excellent care at James Island Dental Associates, PA. The doctors are very skilled and conscientious. The dental assistants are also very skilled and considerate of their patients. The front office staff is very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
