James Island Cleaners was a best honest cleaners on JI. The service had great quality and the employee managed a difficult rude customer with grace and patience. They still had an extra large comforter that looks brand new. They returned a beloved ring that was lost. Thank you for being awesome. When a customer picked up dry cleaning a little paper bag was attached and the ring was back. Employee will definitely using James Island Cleaners in the future.

Dropped off an extra large comforter back in April. We left for the summer and totally forgot to grab it before. I had figured it would be gone already, as it's October. Decided to call for the heck of it, and they still had it!! The comforter had seen better days before we dropped it off but looks brand new now!

I had a great experience at James Island Cleaners! I was impressed with their quality and service. When I visited them last, there was a rather difficult customer being very rude to one of their employees. However, I thought the employee managed the situation with grace, patience, and the best possible customer service considering the difficult situation. I admire the level of customer service here and will definitely be using them in the future!

Most honest and best cleaners on JI. I absentmindedly left my favorite (expensive yet personally priceless) ring in the pocket of a pair of pants I dropped off to be cleaned. I was looking for that ring for weeks and was convinced I had lost it. When I picked up my dry cleaning a little paper bag was attached to my items. It was stapled shut. My favorite ring was back! This place is seriously the best! Thank you for returning my beloved ring!! As long as I'm on JI, I will use this place and can't recommend it enough.
