We have been with Happy Homes for a year and we are now signing a new lease with them as our family has outgrown our current house. Our 1st priority in finding a new property was to stay with Ron at Happy Homes. He has really helped us now twice find the home our family needs and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Ron, you're amazing and so is your care for your tenants.

Ron with Happy Homes is great to work with. He reached out to us to help with some tenants and did a great job getting us connected with the home-owner, along with mediating as was needed to take the stress off the homeowner as well. Our company, Pure Maintenance of South Carolina has worked with Ron on two separate jobs and he has been great!
