Ron and team are the best property management team in Charleston. Not only did they take care of my home, but they also kept my tenants happy for two years. Compared to other companies such as Charleston Property Company that ignore tenants and owners (read the numerous one and two star reviews), Happy Homes is responsive and takes care of landlords and tenants.
