Google is giving out bad directions and had me driving in circles, lol. Everyone here was really nice to me and their lobby area is immaculate.

A couple of weeks ago, I was in Charleston on vacation, and my vehicle, which had been recently repaired by a North Carolina Gerber Collision, had some issues. The Charleston team was able to get my back on the road in a little over an hour. Kayla, Trevor, and the man who calibrated my vehicle were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated their genuine concern in upholding the Gerber Collision lifetime repair warranty. In addition to the great customer service, the facility was clean and welcoming. My 2007 Honda Civic SI was repaired in three weeks, whereas other shops had estimated four months would be required. Your employee- Kayla - was one of the best if not THE best customer service reps with whom I’ve ever interacted.
