Fins Car Wash is a car wash designed for car lovers of all types. It offers a FAST, FUN, and FINTASTIC car wash experience. Fins uses nice brushes and a flat rubber surface to clean wheels, protecting them from damage. After the wash, customers can use high-powered vacuums, clean rags, glass cleaner, and a mat wash machine. The car wash also offers an app with cool perks for users. While some customers have noticed a recent price increase, they still appreciate the quality of the wash and the friendly customer service. One customer experienced a technical issue with their car window during the wash and received excellent assistance from an employee. Getting in and out of the car wash can be a bit tricky due to the entrance angle on a busy road.
I'm very appreciative of the service at Fins Car Wash on Savannah Highway. This past Thursday, I stopped in at Fins to run my car through the wash, and I forgot to remove a magnet from the back of my car before heading into the cycle. I realized it was missing at the vacuum station, so I asked about it. Both gentlemen running the business that day were very helpful. They didn't reprimand me for not removing. They both tried to locate it. The one very kind gentleman offered me another similar magnet that had been lost, and eventually located mine, AND tracked me down as I was leaving to return it . Thanks so much for the attention to customer satisfaction.
I used to have nothing but good things to say about fins. I would send people there all the time. Between my last two visits the express wash went up 40% from five dollars to seven dollars there hasn’t been 40% inflation ever this is just gouging what used to be a good dealis now just marginal at best.
Omg, I had the most embarrassing moment at the car wash but received the BEST customer service ever!!For the 1st time in my cars life, in the car wash line after paying for wash, my drivers window wouldn't roll up! ? The gentleman had to shut the machine down and by this time there were a couple cars behind me. I had to drive thru the wash and as soon as I got to the end, my window rolled up!!!!! LOL I was sitting in a vacuum stall, super embarrassed, and the gentleman came and had saved my wash and let me get my car cleaned.Thank you sir so much for being thoughtful and kind!!I've just been going to Fins for the past few years, use the app, you get cool perks!
