About two weeks ago over the weekend my glasses broke and I needed to get another frame. I wasn’t sure if the glasses could be repaired I met an associate named Cynthia what a pleasure. She searched and searched to find a frame that the lens would fit in -finally she found a match-she put the lens in as well as clean the glasses. I asked her how much I owe her she “said “no charge “.Cynthia even gave me an eyeglass lid. I asked her at least let me buy you lunch and she kept saying no, so I just gave up. Her only request was to come back when I needed new eyeglasses. Talk about customer service, SHE ROCKED!!!
