So I apparently have the same issue along the lines of another reviewer…. I paid for the photoshoot and print package ahead of time. It had great reviews, I didn’t see an issue. I had my photoshoot scheduled for mid-July. Even went to a professional makeup artist so I could show my best self. The photoshoot went great and was a very pleasant experience. I wasn’t used to being treated like a model! No complaints there. I received the proofs, narrowed down my choices, even paid extra for retouching and they even asked for my delivery address – took place mid-August. I wouldn’t normally write a review because there was no issue with our services. Everything was professional and prompt. Unfortunately the experience dwindled as I have been waiting for the negatives. I was informed upon booking and once more when the shoot was over I’d receive them in 7-10 business days. When the time frame surpassed, I gave a call to inquire about when I might receive them. The lady on the phone was very rude and short and even hung up. I called again because I had another question, she greeted me very rudely as if I, someone who paid for services was a bother or burden upon her business. This mother and daughter team provided amazing headshot photos for our team event! They’ve been so accommodating and a pleasure to work with! Look forward to another session next time in town!
