ESC Elevator Inc. is a small family-owned business providing elevator service and annual maintenance. Customers report having complete confidence in the company and being very pleased with their long-term care. Their technicians are described as thorough, on time, and as great representatives who provide good advice. The company no longer performs elevator installations, which can be a source of frustration. While they may not always respond quickly to emergencies due to staffing, they are reliable for scheduled service. Overall, loyal customers would not consider another company for their elevator maintenance needs.
We have had ESC Elevator since we built our home in 2009. They are always prompt, and do a Great Job. Today, Thomas Fasenmyer was our Tech. I must tell you, he was Outstanding. He was SO polite, and professional, and explained everything to me, and my husband. His manners were Excellent, and I feel he should be commended. I am a professional myself, and I appreciate good manners. Thomas is quite an asset to your company.
ESC does an excellent job and I'd highly recommend. Tristan was our technician and he took the time to go through the functions and features of the elevator in our new home. Highly recommend!
Another company tried to charge us $3000 for elevator maintenance and getting a new part in 6 to 8 weeks! Tristan came out, correctly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in a day all for under $200. We had several people we tried, but ESC did it! Could not recommend them more!
