We have had ESC Elevator since we built our home in 2009. They are always prompt, and do a Great Job. Today, Thomas Fasenmyer was our Tech. I must tell you, he was Outstanding. He was SO polite, and professional, and explained everything to me, and my husband. His manners were Excellent, and I feel he should be commended. I am a professional myself, and I appreciate good manners. Thomas is quite an asset to your company.
ESC does an excellent job and I'd highly recommend. Tristan was our technician and he took the time to go through the functions and features of the elevator in our new home. Highly recommend!
Another company tried to charge us $3000 for elevator maintenance and getting a new part in 6 to 8 weeks! Tristan came out, correctly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in a day all for under $200. We had several people we tried, but ESC did it! Could not recommend them more!
