Booked a ride from Hilton Head to the airport at 3 a.m. Driver didn't show. Called the company, who first said the ride was confirmed (we had a confirmation email), then said there was nothing they could do. Had to scramble to get an Uber in the middle of the night, and still waiting on a refund. This is either a very poor business or a scam. Avoid them.

Do not use them! Lied about coming, was nasty & unprofessional ! If you DO NOT have patience for elderly & disabled people, you shouldn't transport them!!!!
