Had some trouble installing my subs, so I gave this shop a call and spoke with AJ. He were extremely helpful, accommodating, and clearly knowledgeable. They finished installing my sub in a timely manner and it sounds amazing. Definitely recommend this shop, professional work and decent guys.
I had some shotty work done previously from another local dealer in the Summerville/ Ladson area about a month ago. The sound was OK, but it really didn’t meet my expectations for the price I was paying. Not to mention a whole host of problems that stemmed from that too. After a quick Google search, I came across these nice folks. Mike was very helpful on the phone and in person. He gave me suggestions based on what I was looking for, and he was transparent through the entire ordeal. He even offered me a complimentary Sprite (that I already helped myself to ? ). It really is a pleasure working with these guys. They had no problem complying with my fanatical need to keep my old LandCruiser looking 100% original. They also perfectly matched the new speakers and sub to the original head unit and amp to ensure optimal sound quality within my space constraints. I specifically worked with AJ, who is passionate about sound and spectacular at providing customer service, but the whole team generally seems to love what they do. Eager to see what they can do when they’re not limited (by me) to working with an old Levinson head unit and amp!
