I had two other management companies before finding CREC and I’m so thankful I found them. I have stayed with them for several years now and they have helped me navigate any issue that arose.If you’re looking for a management company, I would definitely contact them first!

When I first moved across country to South Carolina, I was looking for a rental and CREC made it easy to search for one. With the help of their staff, I was able to secure a rental very quickly. The background check, application, etc were don’t quickly. I enjoyed renting from this company so much so that now I am in the process of renting out my current home I had purchased. I am excited to work with them again knowing that my future tenants will be taken care of. Christen has been an absolute pleasure working with. She has answered all of my questions with ease, simplified this whole process that can seem daunting at first and just overall is a fabulous communicator....read full review

Looking forward to working with CREC as a property owner. I am just starting out right now and Christen has been on top of all my questions and so very helpful in steering me in the right direction to soon lease our property. I will be back here again to post an update as we get deeper into the leasing world . Very professional company.
